It's actually purely psychological. It is possible - though rare - to be a fat anorexic person. Though it would only be a matter of time until they resembled a fireman's pole.. But yeah the point I'm trying to make is that 'anorexic' is neither a synonym or an acronym for fat or thin.

When I see anorexic people, I see bones, nothing else, that is definatly not normal, and it's physical, so it must be a phsical disorder.

That's something that comes with the anorexia.

The anorexia itself is just the voice inside their heads telling them that they're fat and not to eat.
