I will be the biggest soon. With 4 x-country training sessions and 2 sessions at the gym per week that is.

boring, try 9, 2 hour swimming training sessions with another hour at the gym on sat mornigs. training monday, tuesday, thursday, friday, saturday morning and mon-fri afternoons

morning sessions 5-7am afternoon 5-7pm

Apollo you need to cross country over here with the big boys. 7 days a week, 8 miles a day, 48 C heat. No water. And of course there's strides and speed-work speed work to do as well.

No, i just do 2 hour sessions 4 times a week, then a competition race. And 1.5 hour sessions 2 times a week at the gym. THen of course i have sprinting training cause me very fast.

lol, I am very lazy apollo. Running just comes naturally to me. For most people running is too hard, everybody can sprint, only true runners can keep that pain for at least 3.1 miles [5km].

I can only run 4k and i would die 2/3's of the way.

I just need more experience and training. I did only just start after all ^.^

When I was doing the sport we did 13km a day.
