| we are forced to like what we dont, that is the basis of synthetic happiness
its worst enemy is freedom, but freedom can be as dangerous if mistreated.
freedom may be the basis of natural happiness, but it can lead us to lie, to cheat, to hurt others
if we are stuck with synthetic happiness, we become reckless and cowardly
just practicing for thursday |

| I didn't type "pick me".
My original post was:
"Say that in latin.
How are you supposed to have a debate when (according to what you've told me) you can't even speak the language verbally. |

| That's wrong. The aorist tense is to give no sign of completion. |

| ur an idiot, do you ever pay attention in class?
alright alright, exception for this lesson
The perfect tense is the past, but with relation to the present. (not imperfect, thats continuous to the present).
Aorist tense is like perfect tense, but with no relation to the present. it is mainly used in the vocative. Hence why we use it so often.
you should get an A+ forenlgish now |

| ooooh, so you are telling me that you googled "aorist" and found a definition on dictionary.com? LOL i thought you were taught sources like those from the internet are not totally reliable and correct.
Wrong again. Did you ever pay attention to what i said? hmmmmmm, maybe you were mixed up with the interpretation of another language. Each language uses its tenses differently, WOW u never guessed!
Aorist tense/aspect (if you must) is very much used in our english language, allow me to state a few.
swim, swam, swum; come, came, come; and take, took, taken. English further uses ablaut in extended forms, such as: sit, seat, sat, set ; lie, lay, lain, laid, layer; and sing, sang, sung, song.
Those are just some of them, now that i take closer inspection in your posts i think you have s-aorist mixed with ablaut aorist.
oopsies, that means you need to do some more googling!
D minus for you |
