Thats ok, dmnt was just trying to start a silly debate of "illegal" governments.
There is no such thing of course, who would think of that? There is no superior power that applies laws to the governments, the government does it themselves. Thefore there is nothing illegal with what the government is doing (except for world treaties, but not all governments disobey them).
Ethics is probably the only [rule] that applies to what governments do.
