They will be. Sony would have never made it this far if square had stuck with nintendo.

Square probably thought CD's looked cool back then so they followed sony. They must be regretting that decision now.

More the reason to get a 360, i may not pursue that far though at this current budget.

No square was back-stabbed by nintendo, so they went to sony. Nintendo oringally partnered with sony to make the Nintendo Playstation: a SNES add-on that would let you play CDs.
