Nintendo Sales | Wii Dominates Germany, Catching Xbox 360

The latest hardware sales data from Germany has been revealed by tracker
GfK, showing the Nintendo is continuing its worldwide success with the
Wii. According to figures released, April's sales data is as follows:



1.) Wii - 20,000

2.) PlayStation 3 - 16,000

3.) Xbox 360 - 9,500



To put this into perspective, here are the running totals, as of the end of April, 2007:



1.) Xbox 360 - 262,000 (launched December 2005)

2.) Wii - 222,000 (launched: December 2006)

3.) PlayStation 3 - 70,500 (launched March 2007)
