| I am so proud. My thread... 11 pages... My my how it has grown...
I deem the winner of this competition to be Christopher, though I would win had I been involved.
I'm talking 2 hours of football training twice a week, which mostly involves running, and another 2 hours playing a match each Saturday. Tennis training for club 1.5 hours twice a week, and two matches every Saturday which normally go for about an hour. Oh, and gym training with the football club for another hour a week, and I go to the gym for fun for another hour a week. Also high-level swimming for an hour a week.
Sport plays an important part in my life. |

| An admirable aspiration, but running along the main streets of Melbourne? You had better find a conservation area or the beach. |

| Unfortunately you should realise people have their own descroptions of everyday life.
Brocoli-Brocolie, Tomato-Tom(ay)to.
Crunches, cerial, brekky, tea.
Pjamas, pj's, sleepwear.
Swimmers, Speedos,
THe other thing (you should know by looking at the damn word), is that swimmers and bathers are two entirely different things.
Go swim in a pool |

| He is not talking about the verb. He is instead referring to the noun, and I thought it was funny the cultural differences even within such a small range as there is from Adelaide to Canberra - I have not seen a native Adelaidean refer to bathers as "swimmers" ever.
This, surprisingly, was not meant to pose an insult. |

| wow, that is sure suprising.
Yes david, there are quite alot of cultural differences in these cities. An example here is TAKE OF YOUR MUDDY SHOES before you go inside. Well i do suppose all decent households have that rule. |
