Mother sues Nintendo for promoting underage drinking

'The latest of many gaming related lawsuits comes Nintendo's way, as a mother of two has filed a lawsuit for 'exposure of alchohol to younger players'. This lawsuit relates to the Nintendo Gamecube game Super Smash Bros. Melee in which characters can consume an alchoholic beverage (in the form of a glass of wine) to restore health. The character roster consists of a wide variety of age groups, some of these are under the legal drinking age yet are still able to consume the beverage.

"Alchohol is becoming more and more acceptable in today's younger society." said the woman, who wished to remain anonymous. 'Children are being exposed to this problem across many forms of media and in an age where alchohol is so easily available, I think it's time we looked out for those who can't look after themselves. They don't know what they are getting into."

Nintendo is yet to comment on the lawsuit.'

Does this mother realize in Europe kids (especially in france and italy) drink wine all the time? And she's sueing because an item that is SHAPED like a wine glass and it resotres health when you use it? For all we know it could be fruit juice...

Lol I'm just going to say it - a lot of vegetables taste horrible to me. The only vegetable I really enjoy eating is potato. And as far as I know, I'm not a "clueless american".

I love german, irish, american, mexican, and italian food.

I love american (takeaway), australian (which is pretty much anything on a BBQ), chinese, mexican, indian, singaporean, and yeah italian.

Australian cuisine cannot be accurately defined since we are so multicultural wth our tastes. Asian and italian feature mainly on our menus though.

Which is a remarkable coincidence since they are my favourites!

Living here in Las Vegas, mexican food is the main dish of most restuarants, seeing as we have such a high number of mexian people here.
